Tailgate Window Latch (G426574)

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
Removal
  1. Remove the liftgate lower trim panel. For additional information, refer to: Tailgate Trim Panel (501-05 Interior Trim and Ornamentation, Removal and Installation).
  2. E53847
    Remove the liftgate window latch.
      • Disconnect the electrical connector.
      • Remove the 2 bolts.
Installation
  1. Install the liftgate window latch.
      • Install the bolts and tighten to 10 Nm (7 lb.ft).
      • Connect and secure the electrical connector.
  2. Check and adjust the liftgate glass latch. For additional information, refer to: Liftgate Window Latch Adjustment (501-14 Handles, Locks, Latches and Entry Systems, General Procedures).
  3. Install the liftgate lower trim panel. For additional information, refer to: Tailgate Trim Panel (501-05 Interior Trim and Ornamentation, Removal and Installation).
