Removal
  1. Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to: Specifications (414-00 Battery and Charging System - General Information, Specifications).
  2. Raise and support the vehicle.
  3. Remove the cooling module. For additional information, refer to: Cooling Module (303-03E Engine Cooling - TDV8 3.6L Diesel, Removal and Installation).

    Remove the condenser core and auxiliary radiator.
      • Remove the 5 bolts.
  5. E86672
    Remove the charge air cooler.
      • Remove the 4 screws.
Installation
  1. Install the charge air cooler.
      • Tighten the screws.
  2. Install the condenser core and auxiliary radiator.
      • Tighten the bolts to 8 Nm (6 lb.ft).

  4. Connect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to: Specifications (414-00 Battery and Charging System - General Information, Specifications).
