Removal
  1. Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to: Specifications (414-00 Battery and Charging System - General Information, Specifications).
  2. Remove the liftgate lower trim panel. For additional information, refer to: Tailgate Trim Panel (501-05 Interior Trim and Ornamentation, Removal and Installation).
  3. E53641
    Remove the subwoofer.
      • Remove the 6 screws.
      • Disconnect the 2 electrical connectors.
Installation
  1. Install the subwoofer.
      • Connect and secure the electrical connectors.
      • Install the screws.
  2. Install the liftgate lower trim panel. For additional information, refer to: Tailgate Trim Panel (501-05 Interior Trim and Ornamentation, Removal and Installation).
  3. Connect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to: Specifications (414-00 Battery and Charging System - General Information, Specifications).
