Removal
  1. Remove the front scuff plate trim panel. For additional information, refer to: Scuff Plate Trim Panel (501-05 Interior Trim and Ornamentation, Removal and Installation).

    Remove the footrest trim panel.
  3. E187556
    Remove the footrest trim panel bolts.
      • Torque: 5 Nm
  4. E187557
    Remove the hood release lever.
  5. E187558
    Remove the cowl side trim panel.
      • Release from the 2 clips.
Installation
  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
