Removal
NOTE:

Left-hand shown, right-hand similar.


  1. Remove the D-pillar upper trim panel.
    Refer to: D-Pillar Trim Panel (501-05 Interior Trim and Ornamentation, Removal and Installation).
  2. Remove and discard the Torx bolt. Release the safety belt upper anchor.
  3. E57198
    Remove and discard the Torx bolt. Remove the second row safety belt retractor.
Installation
  1. Install the second row safety belt retractor. Tighten the Torx bolt.
    Renew Part: Seatbelt retractor bolt Quantity: 1.
    Torque: 40Nm
  2. Install the safety belt upper anchor. Tighten the Torx bolt.
    Renew Part: Seatbelt retractor bolt Quantity: 1.
    Torque: 40Nm
  3. Install the D-pillar upper trim panel.
    Refer to: D-Pillar Trim Panel (501-05 Interior Trim and Ornamentation, Removal and Installation).
