Passenger Side Roof Opening Panel Front Drain Hose (G1393723)

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
Removal
NOTES:

  • This procedure contains illustrations showing certain components removed to provide extra clarity.


  1. Remove the headliner for access.
    Refer to: Headliner (501-05 Interior Trim and Ornamentation, Removal and Installation).
  2. E47530
    • Remove the 2 screws.
    • Release the clip.
    • Disconnect the interior lamp electrical connector.
    • Remove the passenger side closing trim panel.
  3. E135819
    • Release the side curtain airbag.
    • Disconnect the drain hose from the opening roof panel.
  4. E118137
    Disconnect the drain hose from the body panel.
  5. E134896
    Using suitable tape, secure the drain hose to a suitable rod to aid removal from the A-pillar area.
  6. E135820
    Remove the drain hose.
Installation
  1. Install the drain hose.
  2. Connect the drain hose to the body panel.
    • Connect the drain hose to the opening roof panel.
    • Install the side curtain airbag.
    • Install the passenger side closing trim panel.
    • Connect the interior lamp electrical connector.
    • Install the clip.
    • Install and tighten the 2 screws.
  5. Install the headliner.
