Manifold Absolute Pressure and Temperature Sensor (G939417)

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
Removal
  1. Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to: Specifications (414-00 Battery and Charging System - General Information, Specifications).
  2. Remove the engine cover. For additional information, refer to: Engine Cover - TDV8 3.6L Diesel (501-05 Interior Trim and Ornamentation, Removal and Installation).
  3. NOTE:

    Left-hand shown, right-hand similar.

    Remove the manifold absolute pressure and temperature (MAPT) sensor.
      • Disconnect the electrical connector.
      • Remove the screw.
Installation
  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
