Rear Quarter Trim Panel (G421016)

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

Removal
  1. E52935
    If installed, remove the loadspace lamp unit.
      • Carefully release the lamp.
      • Disconnect the electrical connector.
  2. E52936
    Release the liftgate seal.
  3. Fold the seat assembly forwards.
  4. E52929
    Remove the door frame seal.
  5. CAUTION:

    Do not remove clips by pulling on carpeted section of the quarter trim panel.

    NOTE:

    Note the fitted position.

    Remove the lower quarter trim panel.
    1. Release the 2 window clips using a firm grip on the vent grilles.
    2. Release remaining 8 clips using a suitable tool.
  6. NOTE:

    Do not disassemble further if the component is removed for access only.

    Remove the 8 clips.
Installation
  1. Install the clips.
  2. Install the load space lamp unit.
      • Connect the electrical connector.
  3. NOTE:

    Align to the position noted on removal.

    Install the lower quarter trim panel
      • Secure the clips.
      • Install the access cover.
  4. Install the liftgate seal.
  5. Install the door seal.
  6. Fold seat assembly rearwards.
