Body Closure / Noise Vibration and Harshness Sealing (G1983981)

GENERAL PROCEDURES
Repair
NOTE:

If body closures are supplied without seam sealant beads or Noise Vibration and Harshness (NVH) pads, then follow the procedures as indicated.


  1. E192976
    Install two 300 mm x 200 mm Noise, Vibration and Harshness (NVH) pads as indicated.
  2. E192977
    Apply the seam sealant to the door as indicated.
  3. E192978
    Install a 300 mm x 200 mm Noise, Vibration and Harshness (NVH) pad as indicated.
  4. E192979
    Apply the seam sealant to the door as indicated.
  5. E220230
    Apply the seam sealant to the hood as indicated.
  6. E220231
    Apply the seam sealant to the tailgate panel as indicated.
